Maintenance

Prior to move in, all apartments will undergo a professional clean, paint, and carpet shampoo.

No, we do not have on-site maintenance.

Submit maintenance request online via the resident portal.

Routine maintenance (non-emergency) requests are received online and completed in order that the requests are received. Routine maintenance requests are taken care of  between 1PM and 5PM, Monday through Saturday. Emergencies are handled promptly.

If it occurs during business hours, the Leasing Office may assist. If after hours, resident needs to contact a locksmith. The resident is responsible for locksmith costs.

Yes, as long as the apartment is returned to its original condition, prior to move-out.

Amenities

1724 Highland has a pool, spa, exercise room, co-work space, elevator, covered parking and more. Please visit the Amenities Page to learn more. 

The pool area is available from 8 AM to 10 PM daily. 

Yes, we have a covered garage. 

The washer/dryer hookups are located in the apartments. 

Yes, 1724 Highland is a pet-friendly community. Please visit the Amenities Page for more details or call us. 

Refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer are standard appliances at 1724 Highland.

No, we do not offer furnished apartments. 

The fitness center is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM.

Echelon Interactive Bikes, Treadmills, Free Weights, Medicine Balls, Leg Press, Bench Press, Rower Machine and more. 

Yes, quiet hours are between 10 PM to 8 AM. No communal space fees apply.

Administrative

Yes, 3 months is the shortest term.

Yes, we offer Corporate Leases.

No, a tour of 1724 Highland Ave is free.

Appointments are preferred, walk-ins are welcomed. Please contact us to reserve a time here

Management at 1724 Highland Ave is very accessible. 

You can apply for an apartment online on our website. Please visit the Floorplans Page.

Applications are reviewed and approved/denied between 24-72 hours. 

To move in, you must provide a security deposit and move-in funds payment.

Residents may pay their rent online via CC payment or ACH, personal check, cashier's check, or money order.

All utilities including water/trash/sewage bills. Utilities are the resident's responsibility. 

Contact So Cal Gas & LADWP to establish Gas and Electric accounts. 

Time Warner, Verizon, Spectrum, AT&T, Starry are some options  that service our neighborhood. 

Yes, the resident that referred gets a rent discount.

Residents must accompany guests while in Common Areas.

No, we do not allow sublets. 

Location

Yes, we are nearby the bus transit and train station.

We are located within the LAUSD (Los Angeles Unified School District).

We are less than a mile away from Runyan Canyon Dog Park.

Ralphs, Trader Joes and Target are in the neighborhood and close to 1724 Highland Ave.

Starbucks is the nearest coffee shop, and it is only 1 block away.

No, we are not close to bike trails.
